Payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., and are not stored on our servers.
- Newsletter Subscription: Email address when you subscribe to our Weekly AI Briefing or other email communications.
- Community Participation: Messages, content, and interactions shared within our private WhatsApp community, live sessions, and discussion forums.
- Agent Library Contributions: When you submit agents, SKILL files, architecture documents, build logs, or other content to the Agent Library, we collect the submitted files, associated metadata, and your contributor profile information.
- Consulting Engagements: Business contact information, company details, and project-related information provided during consulting engagements.
- Contact Forms: Any information you submit through forms on our website, including your name, email, and message content.

- Process payments and manage your subscription or membership through Stripe.
- Send you our Weekly AI Briefing newsletter and other communications you've opted into.

- Calculate contribution scores and Contribution Credits for qualifying member activity.
- Manage WhatsApp Inner Circle eligibility based on contribution metrics.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Payment Processor (Stripe, Inc.): We use Stripe to process all payments. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant servers. Stripe's use of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy. We receive only a truncated card number and transaction status from Stripe — never your full card number.
- Email Service Provider (Resend): We use Resend to send newsletters and transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Resend for delivery purposes.
- Hosting Provider (Render): Our website and services are hosted on Render.com. Server logs may contain your IP address and request data.
- Community Platforms: WhatsApp (Meta) for our private community group. Your participation is governed by their respective privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your membership or unsubscribe from our newsletter, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
